Are these OEM parts?

No. Prime Powertrain manufactures high-quality aftermarket replacement parts. We are not affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer. All OEM part numbers referenced in our catalog are used for cross-reference identification only — to help you confirm that our part fits your machine. Our parts are manufactured to meet OEM dimensional and material specifications.

Are these used parts?

No. Prime Powertrain does not sell used parts. All are parts are brand new and come with CoC and 6-month limited warranty.

How do I know the part will fit my machine?

Every part in our catalog is cross-referenced to a specific OEM part number. If you have an OEM reference, search it on our site or in our catalog. If you are unsure, send us your machine make, model, year, and the part you need via our Get a Quote page — we will confirm fitment before you order. We would rather spend 10 minutes confirming fitment than have you receive a wrong part.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

We ship from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
🇨🇦 Canadian customers: Fast, affordable
domestic shipping on all quotes from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse — no customs, no delays.
🇺🇸 U.S. customers: All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and import fees are fully covered. What you get quoted is what you pay, delivered to your door.
All orders include a tracking number sent by email at dispatch.

Do you ship to the United States?

The United States is our largest market, and we provide seamless, hassle-free delivery to all 50 states.

USPS Domestic Speed: Packages are dispatched daily from our facility directly to the USPS hub in Niagara Falls, NY, and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. You get domestic transit speeds and reliable tracking without international bottlenecks.

100% Duty-Paid (DDP): Every import duty, tariff, and customs fee is fully prepaid by us before your order leaves the border.

Flexible Shipping Options: We primarily quote our rates using USPS Ground Advantage. If your machine is down and you need a quicker expedited or express option, just let us know and we will provide an upgraded shipping quote right away.

Zero Hidden Fees: There are no surprise brokerage bills, customs holdups, or unexpected charges at your door. The total you see at checkout is your exact, final cost.

What documentation comes with my order?

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) and Gear Inspection Report confirming dimensional inspection results. These documents are standard — there is no charge and you do not need to ask for them.

What is your warranty?

All Prime Powertrain parts carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace it at no charge or provide a full refund. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misapplication, overloading, or normal wear.

Can I order a part that is not in your catalog?

Yes. Our manufacturing facility can produce a wide range of precision gear components beyond our standard catalog. If you need a part that is not listed, send us your OEM part number, a technical drawing, or a physical sample — we will assess feasibility and provide a quote within 5 business days. Custom manufacturing is a significant part of our business.

Do you offer trade or distributor pricing?

Yes. We work directly with equipment dealers, parts distributors, agricultural dealers, fleet maintenance operations, and rebuild shops. Volume discounts start at 8% for 51+ pieces per SKU annually and scale to 20–25% for annual supply agreements. Visit our Trade Accounts page or contact us to apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online orders: all major credit cards and PayPal. Trade and wholesale orders: bank transfer (wire), and Letter of Credit for larger orders. Canadian buyers pay in CAD. U.S. buyers pay in USD. Net 30 terms are available for established trade accounts with approved credit.

How are parts packaged?

All parts are individually bubble-wrapped and double-boxed with protective packaging material. Every shipment includes a printed packing slip showing your OEM cross-reference, part specification, and warranty statement. We take packaging seriously — a ring gear that arrives damaged is not a cost saving.
