Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Powertrain, we stand behind the quality of our aftermarket ring gears and powertrain components.

6-Month Limited Warranty All parts come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This covers parts only — labor, downtime, shipping, or consequential damages are not included.

General Returns (Change of Mind)

  • 14-day return window from delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • 15% restocking fee applies.

Warranty / Defective Returns

  • Report within 7 days of discovering the issue (and within the 6-month period).
  • Approved warranty claims: We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion (we cover return shipping for defective items).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts (except valid warranty claims)
  • Special order or custom-manufactured items
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@tractorgears.com with your order number and photos.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the item back with the RA number.
  4. Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
