By accessing or making a purchase from TractorGears.com (operated by Prime Powertrain), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Aftermarket Parts All parts sold by Prime Powertrain are aftermarket replacement parts. They are not manufactured by or officially endorsed by any OEM (John Deere, JCB, ZF, Carraro, New Holland, Case IH, etc.). OEM part numbers and images are used solely for identification purposes.

2. Pricing & Availability Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Warranty All parts carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the defective part only. Prime Powertrain is not responsible for labor costs, towing, downtime, consequential damages, or any indirect losses.

4. Returns & Refunds Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. All sales are subject to that policy.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Powertrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to labor, downtime, loss of profits, or equipment damage.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
