🇨🇦 Canadian customers: Fast, affordable domestic shipping on all quotes from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse — no customs, no delays.

🇺🇸 U.S. customers: All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and import fees are fully covered. What you get quoted is what you pay, delivered to your door - reaches most of the US in 2-5 Business Days.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Usually ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-order / Incoming stock: Shipping date will be clearly listed on the product page.

How Shipping Works On Our Store

  • All orders are quote-based for shipping.
  • Shipping costs vary based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier.
  • After you place an order or request a quote, our team will calculate the best possible shipping rates using multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and freight partners).
  • We will provide you with shipping options and exact costs before finalizing your order.
  • You can choose the carrier and service level that best suits your needs (standard, expedited, or economy).
  • Tracking number is provided as soon as the item ships.

Typical Shipping Times (After Order Confirmation)

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping available upon request

Important Notes

  • We always aim to ship from our Mississauga, Ontario location within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
  • For pre-order or incoming stock items, shipping estimates will be clearly communicated.
  • US customers: Most of our parts qualify for low or zero import duty, but you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees collected by your carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
