At Prime Powertrain, we specialize in the logistics of heavy equipment parts. Because ring gears and final drive components vary significantly in weight and dimensions, we have built a streamlined, transparent shipping process to get your parts to you quickly and safely.

🇨🇦 Canadian Customers: Fast, affordable domestic shipping from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse — no customs, no border delays.

🇺🇸 U.S. Customers: All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are fully calculated and covered upfront. The price you are quoted is the price you pay delivered to your door. No surprise bills from the carrier.

Processing Time 

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. (For pre-order or incoming stock items, the estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page).

How Shipping Works Due to the heavy weight and variable dimensions of powertrain components, shipping is calculated on a per-order basis to ensure you get the most competitive rate.

  1. Place your order online or request a quote via email at quotes@tractorgears.com.
  2. Our logistics team will immediately calculate the best rates using our network of premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  3. We will email you the exact shipping cost for your approval before your order is finalized or your card is charged.
  4. Once approved, your order ships promptly and a tracking number is provided.

Typical Transit Times (After Shipment)

  • United States: 2 to 4 business days (via expedited air freight).
  • Canada: 2 to 5 business days.
  • International: Available upon request—please contact us for a custom quote.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruptions once the package has left our facility.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is signed for or dropped at the delivery location. Please inspect your part immediately upon arrival.
