CNC Turning Center
13 Doosan and Yang CNC turning centres deliver precision-turned components to 400mm diameter. Every part starts here - gear blanks, shaft bodies, and carrier forgings are turned to exact dimensional tolerances before moving to gear cutting operations.
Vertical Milling Center
4 Mitsuiseiki (Japan) and LMW machining centres handle complex milling, face operations, and gear blank preparation. Mitsuiseiki is a benchmark name in Japanese precision machining — the same equipment used by automotive and aerospace gear manufacturers.
Gear Hobbing & Shaping
3 Pfauter gear hobbing machines (Germany) and 5 gear shapers (Fellows, Lorenz, TOS) cut external and internal gear teeth to Module 7.0. Pfauter is the gold standard in gear hobbing — the choice of European precision gear manufacturers for over a century. Internal ring gears are shaped on our Fellows and Lorenz gear shapers to achieve the tight tolerances required for final drive applications.
Spline Hobbing
4 Pfauter spline hobbing machine produces precision splined shafts from 6 to 35 spline. Sun shafts, counter shafts, and PTO shafts are hobbed to DIN and AGMA spline standards. Dimensional accuracy is verified on our in-house CMM before any splined shaft leaves the facility.
Gear Shaving & Finishing
13 Churchill (England) and Hurth (Germany) gear shaving machines perform post-hobbing precision finishing. Gear shaving removes profile error, improves surface finish, and achieves the tight tooth form tolerances required for smooth, quiet operation in final drive and transmission applications. Gear quality: DIN 3961 / ISO 1328 Grade Q6–Q8 standard.
Internal Grinding
4 OD and internal grinders perform final precision grinding on hardened components. Post heat-treatment grinding restores dimensional accuracy lost during the hardening process, achieving bore tolerances of ±0.005mm for precision-fit applications. Every ground component is 100% inspected before shipment.
